Terms of Service

1. The service
ReasonRank, operated by BlueDuck LLC, provides tooling to evaluate AI model outputs across models, prompts, and parameters, including quality, token, cost, latency, and efficiency metrics. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
2. Your accounts and keys
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity in your workspace. Evaluations run against your own LLM provider accounts using API keys you supply; you are responsible for the associated provider charges and for complying with each provider's terms of use.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, probe or disrupt our infrastructure, resell the service without permission, or submit content you do not have the right to process. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that create operational or security risk.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle via Stripe. Plan limits (evaluations per month, models per run, repetitions) are described on the pricing page. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Your data
You retain all rights to the agents, test cases, outputs, and any production usage data you send us in your workspace. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (storage, processing, display to your workspace members, and public display of metrics for runs you choose to share). Our handling of personal data, including ingested production traces, is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". Evaluation scores and cost estimates are best-effort measurements, not guarantees — model behavior and provider pricing change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
